How the Formatting Works
A simple, author-friendly process from finished manuscript to polished files.
1. Tell Me About Your Book
Send the intake form with your word count, format needs, manuscript status, and any unusual layout elements. I’ll review the project and confirm the price and fit.
2. I Format & Read
I format the print and/or ebook files, add your chosen chapter and scene-break design, and complete the included light reader’s pass while I work.
3. Review Your Proof
Once the balance is paid, you receive the first proof for review. One consolidated formatting revision round is included before final PDF and EPUB delivery.
Introductory Formatting Rates
Simple word-count pricing for fiction manuscripts. Introductory rates are available through October 31, 2026 while I build out the service.

Custom quote
Your price includes: print and ebook formatting, chapter-heading design, consistent chapter artwork, scene-break ornamentation, standard front and back matter, clickable ebook table of contents where applicable, final PDF and EPUB files, a light reader’s pass, and one consolidated formatting revision round. Decorative artwork can be supplied by you or selected from appropriately licensed Canva elements. No generative AI artwork is used.
Standard pricing applies to fictional romance manuscripts. Books with extensive images, tables, poetry, footnotes, unusual layouts, or other complex elements may require a custom quote.
